Back In Black!
(1983) Thought I "needed" a black car... Will be painting it back to it's original "Plum Crazy" (right after the new couch, finishing the basement, completing the silverware set, the hardwood floors, braces for the kids, piano lessons... ;O)

Rebuilt
Back from the flow bench and parts counter, the factory 340 Six Pak engine! See "Favorite Things" for engine specs and goodies.

1983 Mopar Nationals
Two classics face off head to head: a 1970 440 Plymouth Superbird and my 1970 340 T/A Challenger.

Showdown at Sundown

As seen in "The All American Racer" (11/83)
The tree gives me a :04 second advantage. Running .06 off my dial in I'm still bested by "Mr. MoTech," a '69 Barracuda with a dual quad Hemi hitting the traps .03 off his!
Doh!
Driving out to the Mopar Nats with a 2.76 screw in the back trying to get "some" kind of highway mileage, managed to take 1st in the Autocross (note: never had to leave 1st gear).
